Beams, purlins, bracing, mesh, sarking and some services can be seen.

The height of the original levels was only 3metres. Each level has been raised to 3.6metres.

This shows the holes in the upright where the floor was formerly. It also shows a join between 2 uprights. Much of the original steel work was rivetted.

Larger spaces have been created on the northern wall for windows. The lintel can be seen here.

Aluminium frame internal walls. Extra support has been added where equipment will be attached to the wall.

The steel frame has been painted with fire retardant paint. This photo shows the steel beams, bracing and services.

The original building has been extended on the eastern side. This shows the extension, with the soffit of the hollow fill slab and the concrete pillar anchored by struts.

The concrete has been poured and is being cured.

The pillar base has been isolated and the starter



Safety rails are evident.

The scaffolding is supporting the bondeck and will remain in situ till after the concrete has cured.

To the left the tilt up panels are still being propped. When the roof beams are installed the props can be removed.

To the rear the roof structure can be seen. The floor of the upper storey is concrete on bondeck or equivalent.
